Furthermore, the DC heating system of the DDR2025 shortens the cavity temperature recovery time to less than 30 seconds, effectively solving the problem of rubber degradation caused by slow temperature recovery in conventional rheometers.

The DMV2025 Variable-Speed Mooney Viscometer and the AiRoboTest2025 Unmanned Rapid Testing System also demonstrate Ziemon’s strong R&D capabilities. The Mooney Viscometer features high precision and stability, enabling accurate measurement of rubber viscosity at specified temperatures and providing essential reference data for rubber production and research.
